Arrest and Charges
Court records reveal that Peach was arrested in March 2024 for drug possession and firearms violations. The LDEA's documentation shows the following items were seized: 400 grams of marijuana, 24 grams of marijuana (kush), and two firearms.
The Grand Jury of Monsterrado County formally indicted Peach Bility with multiple offenses, including unlicensed possession of controlled substances, sale and trade of controlled substances, administration and dispensation, delivery and distribution, and transit and transportation.

Bility said he left legal proceedings to his son's lawyer. According to him, his son must appear weekly on Thursdays at 1:00 PM and he (Bility) is unaware of which court was handling the case.
Though Bility claims his son Peach was detained without charges, we found a notice of release issued out of the first judicial circuit criminal court in Montserrado County. The document spells out all the crimes committed by Peach.
