Claim: Montserrado Senator Abraham Darius Dillon said there have been confessions by Senators specifically, Nimba Senator Prince Y. Johnson.
According to Dillon, Senator Johnson said he was instructed by the senate to negotiate with impeached Associate Justice Kabineh Jan’eh on his removal from the high court bench because of his stern (Jan’eh’s) judgement.
Fact-check: Senator Johnson via phone denied the statement by Sen. Dillon adding that he doesn’t want to react to the statement by the Montserrado senator.
“I am a former warlord general, a pastor; the statement by Dillon is false. At no time I went to Justice Jan’eh’s house with any compensation from the Senate”.
